In November, Professor Sandy Middleton was named one of four academics appointed as inaugural 51³Ô¹Ï MacKillop Distinguished Professors. Professor Julie Cogin, 51³Ô¹Ï’s Provost and Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic), said the appointments acknowledged outstanding academic leadership and service. Recipients are scholars of exceptional standing whose work has had a significant impact on their disciplines, strengthened 51³Ô¹Ï’s international reputation, and demonstrated a strong commitment to leadership, scholarship, and the dignity of the human person.
