Properties and Facilities ensure the 51³Ô¹Ï community has access to safe, secure and sustainable facilities for teaching, learning, research and engagement.

We are  responsible for the operations and maintenance of the built environment, including cleaning, security, parking, grounds and essential services as well as being responsible for strategic direction and management, property purchase and leasing, benchmarking and reporting and continuous improvement in the physical operation of 51³Ô¹Ï's six campuses.
